INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS

Journal aims to provide the recent trends in research and development in the areas of Plant taxonomy, Phycology, Mycology, Bryology, Petridology, Microbiology, Biosystematic studies, Plant tissue culture and biotechnology, Plant phytochemistry and pharmacognosy, Plant reproductive biology, economic botany, Ethnobotany, Plant physiology and biochemistry etc. The scope covers the multidisciplinary aspects of plant biology. Both theoretical and practical papers are acceptable, including laboratory and field experimental studies relevant to plant biology. Review articles and book reviews are also published. The overall objective of the journal is to promote multidisciplinary research papers to promote plant science.

This journal operates a single anonymized review process. All contributions will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal, and plagiarism, if any. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The Editor's decision is final. Editors are not involved in decisions about papers which they have written themselves or have been written by members of the department or colleagues or which relate to products or services in which the editor has an interest. Any such submission is subject to all of the journal's usual procedures, with peer review handled independently of the relevant editor and their research groups.
